Behind The Journal

I was born in New York City and raised in the Bronx, where ambition wasn’t a choice there, it was survival. Life carried me through Miami’s beautiful chaos, Denver’s clarity and now Northern Atlanta’s calm. Along the way I became a mother, a designer of spaces and beautiful moments and a woman unafraid to start over, more than once. Each move stripped away who I thought I was and revealed a little more of who I am becoming.

The Grandeur Journal grew out of that journey. It’s where I write about intentional living, thoughtful gifting and the ideas that make everyday life feel a little more meaningful. I’ve come to believe that grandeur was never out of reach. It’s in the candle you light for no occasion at all, the gift you thought about longer than you needed to, the home you keep building even when life keeps moving you. It’s less a place you arrive at than a way of paying attention.
